EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
DUTIES: Ensures that appropriate resources (both personnel and equipment) are employed for efficient facility operations. Provides the highest level of customer service. Responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, overseeing mailroom operations, and coordinating with outside state agencies for building maintenance, housekeeping, and security. Maintains vendor relationships and handles deliveries to the Office. Serves as Safety Monitor and Building Evacuation Warden for the Office. Identifies opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency, productivity, and safety. This position will work out of the Richmond, Virginia Office.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have related experience in the field of operations/facilities management. A high school degree is required, undergraduate degree or commensurate military experience is preferred. Experience supervising or directing the work of others is also preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. He/she must have basic computer proficiency with word processing and database management systems (Microsoft products preferred). A criminal background check will be completed on the successful candidate.
SALARY: Negotiable to $40,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
